With the mobile application, you can:*
- Order, receive, and view results of lab tests, as well as add results to an encounter note, review historical lab results, and analyze longitudinal graphs
- View and edit patient summaries, including medication history, comments, and patient photos
- Create, view, and edit patient encounters, including notes, patient data, comments, allergies, and key pregnancy data
- Manage prescriptions, including writing prescriptions (ePrescribe), responding to renewal requests, adding notes on reported medications, and receiving alerts on interactions and contraindications
- Direct office workflows by creating and viewing tasks for your staff
When combined with Quanum Practice Management, clinicians can also view their patient schedule.
Accessing and using this mobile healthcare application is simple and easy. On your iPad, search for “Quanum EHR” in the App store and install the free app. You can login by using either an existing account or test drive the app by typing “demo” into both the username and password fields. Once logged in, you can learn more by clicking the “Help” link at the bottom of the screen.
Remote document management for hospitals and health systems
Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions allows remote document management and accessibility via virtual private network (VPN) connectivity, similar to the major electronic medical record (EMR) systems with which it integrates. This enables HIM professionals and administrative staff to easily and securely conduct business from anywhere, at any time. Images stored in the software can often be viewed within EMR mobile applications for even greater accessibility and ease of use.
